5G Remote View Issue on DVR AMDV10804

Hi, All! I used to watch remote using Amcrest Pro View app on my 4G phone. Now I switched to 5G phone (Samsung) I couldn't view anymore. I tried to contact the tech support but no help. I saw there is a update on the firmware, do you guys think it will help? I enabled the P2P, my wife's 4G phone has no issue but my 5G phone just couldn't connect. Appreciated any inputs, Thanks!
