Hi,

New to Amcrest ip camera's but not new to ip camera's in general.

So far have a pair of IP5M's running version V2.820 and as camera's go they seem pretty good, nice clear sharp picture, I have them connected in perhaps a slightly odd way though - Not by choice but by property layout.

They are connected to 100Mb ethernet ports on my TP-Link E4R & M4R whole home mesh units - this works well for my setup.

I do have a couple of questions that are baffling me though.

1. I have signed up for the cloud service but cannot add the camera's - just get a non specific "error has occured"
2. I am using no-ip for ddns and when testing from the camera it fails - I have changed the http port to a five digit number (under connection) and under upnp both internal and external port for http show the same and mapping has succeeded. The 5 digit port is open if I use a service like "whocanseeme"

So just a little confused, other than that looking forward to adding a few more once these little issues are out of the way :-)
