I had same issue. Have windows 10 64bit and getting MSVCR100.dll missing. I searched my computer and found it under C:\Program Files (x86)\AMD\CNext\CCCSlim. I copied it over to the C:\Windows\SysWOW64 and now is working ok. Hope this helps anyone still having issue.

I installed the C++ 2010 Service Pack 1 and this did the trick. I kept installing the 64bit one since I was missing MSVCR100.dll from the 64bit directory but I had it in the 32bit directory. I finally installed the 32 bit version and everything was fine after that. Thanks everyone who posted!
