Using IP2M-841w as a Web Stream Camera in Wirecast Pro software

I use Wirecast ver 7.x to stream live video to church parishioners and would like to connect the IP2M-841w camera as an additional Web stream source. Wirecast supports RTMP, RTSP, MMS, and HTTP as protocol for IP cameras but cannot not connect to the IP2M-841w. How do I connect to the IP2M-841w to bring it into Wirecast as a web stream. I have attempted the following methods but none have worked:

http://admin@<ip.address>/cgi-bin/mjpg/video.cgi?
http://<ip.address>/cgi-bin/mjpg/video.cgi?[channel=0]&subtype=1
http://admin@<ip.address>/cgi-bin/mjpg/video.cgi?[channel=0]&subtype=1

I would prefer to access the camera and use the highest video resolution possible.

BTW - WirecastPRO is a high quality streaming software developed by Telestream for live broadcasting to the web.

Did you figure out how to make the rtsp address for the IP2M-841W camera? I have the IP2M-841B camera and having the same challenge.

http:// <ip.address>/cgi-bin/mjpg/video.cgi?channel=0&subtype=1 (remove the brackets) that works for me
OR
rtsp://username:passwd@<ip address>:554/cam/realmonitor?channel=1&subtype=1 (maybe try subtype=0) <---- that is in my notes

Yup, I use Zoneminder and get a really good feed from:

rtsp://user:pass@ipaddress:554/cam/realmonitor?channel=1&subtype=0
