User Locked

User Locked

When I try to look at my camera through the app, it keeps telling me User Locked. I need this to work immediately

Hello Sunflower1 ,
It looks like the phone app tried too many times to connect to the camera with wrong username and password and hence the account was locked. If you are not sure about the password, you will have to hard reset the camera and set it up again. Delete the camera from app and add it again with the correct username and password. Please contact our support if you are still having issues.
