Hello,
I'm looking for some technical help in possibly resolving how to hard reset my Model# IP2M-841B camera. I've pressed and held the green LED button on the back of the device for around 20-35 seconds but the light remains green. I've even tried power cycling the device and pressing the green LED after the camera readjusts itself but no luck. Anyone have a fix?
