Just bought one ultrahd 2k dual band camera.
Tried installing with the andriod app.
It says connection was successful but when i click on live stream now it says incorrect username or password.
Ive tried everything, hard reset over 6 times.
Uninstalled reinstalled app
Tried 2g and 5g on my wifi
Cleared my phone cache
Tried multiple passwords, tried leaving just the factory admin ones also.
Tried typing in serial number and scanning it
Everytime it says connection successful
Click on view live stream
Then
Incorrect username or password
Anyone have any ideas?
