trying to use amcrest link login failed

I'm trying to use my android phone to remotely access my cameras. for remote access on a pc, i'm using noip.
so in a web browser i have a url something like //http:camera.ddns.net:12345/ Works all the time. So I tried to setup Amcrest Link but the login fails. The parms for the camera are connect mode is ipdomain, host http://camera.ddns.net, port 12345, user and pw. When I start live view i get login failed both on wifi and cell. I tried using chrome browser and was able to bring up the login screen and login but it wants me to download web viewer app. So I think I should be using an app rather than a browser. So if there a better app to use? For now I just want to be able to login from my phone using cell to view. Once I get an app connected, I'll see what other features I might want.

So I tried amcrest pro view - says login timed out. and annoying because the app apparently doesn't allow me to save the camera until login passes so i need to start over if i exit app. not much fun for a quy with fat fingers

okay tried a few more things. tried ip cam viwer lite - a free app. configured and connected immediately so i'm thinking amcrest view pro, link are broken. i'll open a call with the support team

Not sure which product you use so cannot recommend the right app. Let us know if you are still facing issues.
