I don't know if this is what you mean but I found the way to add/edit all text that appears on video feeds (including time stamps).

Here's what I found:

Using the IP Config app,
- Select the gear "Config" icon for the camera in question.
- Enter appropriate user ID and password info to login.
- Click on "Info" icon.
- Choose to either "Sync PC" to sync with your computer's time or "Manual Sync" to manually enter a starting time.

If there is a "save" button, be sure to click it. You will need to do this for each camera.

Hope that helps.

Sorry...I gave you the wrong info.

- Using IP Config program, click on the "e" to login to the camera in question.
- Click on "Camera" on the left side menu.
- Click on "Video"
- Click on "Overlay"
***You will now have many options for adding a privacy mask, adding/disabling a time stamp, adding/editing the channel name, adding/editing a text overlay.
- Click on "Time" to enable/disable time stamp for camera in question
- CLICK "SAVE"

Do this for each camera in question.
