Hi,
I have the Amcrest AMDVTENL4 NVR that I am trying to connect via IP to my two Foscam IP cameras: a FI9800PR and a FI8919W.
They are set as ONVIF, and I have all of the IP addresses and login info entered into the NVR setup windows, but there's no video showing up on the NVR. Instead, it shows the IP address for the camera with the message "The login return time is up."
Any ideas on what's wrong?

If this is a wired IPC, most likely you have an issues with your Ethernet cable from camera to NVR or Switch or Router. Check the network cable. Also, make sure the IPC is powered properly with recommended power supply
