i set up snapshots to be sent during detection events but i get only text.
i have attachments selected on email tab.
i also have snapshot selected under motion detect tab.
not sure why it wont send a snapshot with the email.
any help would be appreciated.

Which camera do you have and if it's a camera that takes a micro SD card, do you have a card in the camera?

Hi there,
Please make sure the below settings are done correctly.
1. Go to Event > Enable Motion detection > Enable Send Email and Snapshot. Also make sure on the schedule setup, all the days of the week has green lines on it.
2. Go to Storage > Schedule > Snapshot Schedule > Make sure all the days of the week has yellow lines (for motion detection).
3. Go to Network > SMTP(Email) > Make sure Attachment is enabled.
