SLOW camera on tinycam...what should I tweak??

Hi all, I just replaced a Dlink with an IP2m-841. Great picture, but...

I use tinycam pro on a tablet and keep a four-camera view. The IP2M-841 is REALLY slow on that screen, while the other three cameras (2 netgearand one dlink) work just fine. The Amcrest does work just fine on my PC view.

What can I tweak in the camera settings for this to work better with tinycam? There doesn't seem too much tweakable stuff on tinycam- the only thing that seems like this would help is "RTSP over UDP" instead of "RTSP over TCP". As everyone well knows there's a bazillion things on the camera to tweak, but I can't figure it out with trial and error.
