Signed certificate upload for https

Post by kijkuit »

New IPC user here.

I'm using the IP3M-943B and try to install a certificate. I was able to get the self-signed cert to install, but I want to use a signed cert. I could not create a csr on the IPC as it would not let me download it from the IPC to the PC. (Same error as below.)
So I created the certificate off-line and have the crt and key files on the PC, but now it won't allow me to upload.
When I click on "Browse..." on either the Certificate Path or the Certificate Key Path, it comes back with the error: "Please install video plug-in". :o
I just want to select the certificate files, so no idea what plug-in should be loaded.
I have this both in Chrome and in the Armcrest Web View app.

Thanks, kijkuit.

Have you tried log out of Web View and log back in. Then try again. My experience with that video plugin error is it usually goes away after re-login.
