Setup IP2M-841B for remote login

Hi there,

I bought the IP2M-841B off Amazon the other day, I've got the device setup and working fine over local wifi and with the phone app. However I would like to be able to remotely view the camera from computers not connected to my network.

Does anyone have a guide or some pointers ?

Hello Socast,
There are two option for doing this. One is using the portal www.amcrestview.com. There you need to sighn up for an account and then add your camera with its serial number and user name and password. This is the easiest way to do this.
The second method is by setting up port forwarding. This will need you to login to your router and do some settings. The below video explains the process.
