Hi!

Everything is working great with my 1080p WiFi cameras, but every time I go into my Amcrest app (Android), I keep having to re-select my 2 cameras to show the Live View and also I have to keep selecting HD quality as the SD changes to default every time I exit the app and go back in.

How do I set it up so the Live View always keeps the two cameras selected so I can toggle between them and it remains in HD quality?

Hello shhmony ,

Unfortunately there is no option for this, but what you can do us add a favorite group in the app and add the cameras to that group for easy access.

The SD settings are default on the app and the HD mode will have to be manually selected each time you login.

I've found that the Amcrest Pro app on my Mac desktop is useless. It's constantly forgetting the cameras, the login info, the IP, everything. I've tried and tried using it, but it's beyond frustrating. I have my cams on a 'auxiliary' input on my monitor using the HDMI connection.. works much better just going direct to the DVR.
