I just purchased my camera and I've been trying to set it up on my Iphone 6; it goes through everything fine - but when I hit Start Live View it tells me that my username or password is not correct

Hello debidm,

The default username and password for the camera is admin. If that does not work for you, you need to hard reset the camera by pressing the indicator light/button on the back of the camera for 10 to 15 seconds. try again after the reset and it should work.
