SD Card vs Cloud Recording

If I have an SD card installed and have cloud recording set up where is the motion detection video saved? I'm thinking it's the cloud because I can't access anything from my SD card using the View app. If I disable the cloud service will recordings automatically switch to the SD card?

I just purchased the camera and an wondering the same. I don't want to safe to a cloud. I was read online that it will cycle when the card is full but it's not saving it to the card...?
