Reset IP2M-841B settings

Hi, I have the IP2M-841B.

One is setup at my house and other at my brother's house. I have setup the camera one year back, however, my wife and brother disconnected their cameras for while and changed the WIFI passwords and so on.

Now, I am trying to reconfigure both cameras again on P2P setting or direct ethernet setting however its not reachable. I have tried to hard reset the setting so I can reconfigure it but it seems not working. I press the LED button for about 5 seconds it becomes red then comes back yellow.

Please help how to reset the settings on IP2M-841B.

Have you tried hard wire connection between camera and router ?

Hello adel25,

Please try hard resetting the camera. For this, you need to press and hold the indicator light on the back of the camera for 10 - 15 seconds. The light will turn red and the camera will do its initial pan/tilt after this. You need to set up the camera once again after this as it will reset all the settings
