Brought new IP8M-2696EW-AI Camera, able to access both inside and outside network, both web access and Amcrest Surveillance Pro able access though IP, port forwarding works fine. but Push Notification doesn't work on iPhone, also P2P won't work too, P2P status show offline. called support, no help, transfer to 2nd level support no help.
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
