Problem Connecting Amcrest IP4M-1026EB to Manycam

I am trying to connect an IP4M-1026EB to Manycam at the address rtsp://<ip_address>/media/video1 which is the address that Manycam specified for H264 format. The message that is returned is the IP Camera is not responding. I am using the IP address that is displayed in the IP Config utility. The ID and password are included in the Manycam profile that I am using. Any idea what I am doing wrong?

Just try to change the password (or create a new user) with a very basic username / password. No special characters, only about 8 characters long.

I had some problems before when I decided to use a very complex/strong password.
