Preset problems

I have the IP4M-1051 B, aka, Amcrest 4MP UHD.
The problem I'm facing is that after setting the presets, and having the camera run thru them via the Tour Function, the camera goes past the established preset position.

Is like the camera forgets where to stop turning and goes past the position I've had previously set.
This happens with more than one preset.
I even had one preset where the camera zooms in to a spot. it would still zoom in but not where I set it to do so.

This happens after the camera has started the function and been running for a while.

Camera has the latest firmware from 2019-08-03.
