Is there any way to convert a POE camera to work with a Wi Fi camera ? I really want the 8MP vandal dome but it is only available in POE.

You can use the PoE camera with a EoP (Ethernet over poweline) + PoE injector solution (poor solution but works). I'm using this solution to power several VoIP phones where there is no ethernet connection. I'm using the EoP solution with a IP3M-HX2B camera as the WiFi was unreliable.
My setup:
1) TP-Link AV600 Nano Powerline ethernet Adapter Starter Kit (TL-PA4010KIT) - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00AWRUICG
You will use two - one close to an ethernet connection (your router), the other close to the camera, before the PoE injector.
2) D-Link DWL-P200 Power over Ethernet PoE Adapter - eBay only as this is discontinued. You may find other options - I'm using this one. Amcrest offers the FSE801 - https://amcrest.com/amcrest-fse801-injector.html - for US$ 20. I think it will work also (never tested).
If choosing the D-Link, you will only need the INJECTOR, as the device is PoE you won't need to "extract" the power.
