POE camera IP8M no nvr connection - HELP

Connected up POE camera IP8M-T2499EB and can view on iPad. Cannot see on NVR (nvr hooked up to tv via hdmi). Looks like nvr sees camera but has red circle. Tried hard reset and still does not work. Now NVR has the problem camera with IP but says account has been locked. Other cameras (same type) are viewable on both NVR and iPad. Checked forum and cannot find others with this problem. This is second camera. Had to send original camera back as faulty housing. Now this camera can’t view on NVR. Disappointed in all the back and forth with customer service as they could not help. Only RMA. Feel the replacement is going to do same thing. Any suggestions??

Hello and Welcome to the forum...

So here is what I would do for testing and to work out what the issue is... Sadly when the Camera gets locked out that is a User and Password issue...

So in the camera go to the area under networking and connection ONVIF and turn off Auth this will let any NVR that can encode the camera make a connection without a good user an dpass... Infact the default admin admin would even work...

Then another thing... Log in Camera, Make a new uswer Name it NVR or somethig you know it is for NVR... Then give it all Admin Rights...

Then log back on NVR, Add camera, not from top but from bottom window, Manual add, put in the IP for Camera, Then the uswer name and password you just made all the rest should stay the same this time it should come online
