Playback Video on Apple App Pro

I use the Amcrest Pro Apple App. I try to playback video and I am able to select date, time and camera. The cam will display the view at the start time but it will not run, like a video. I can click on different time frames and the view will show that time frame, but again it will not consistently run like a video playback??
