Playback Error on recorded video

Im trying to playback the recorded video and I get an error that it cant play the video.
Im using the Surveillance Pro with the 841 camera.
All of the buttons (play, pause, ford, etc) blink and then the error appears. It wont playback any video. I have been saving the video on my sdcard.
Anyone come across this issue?

Hi,

Please go to Home Page > Playback.

You have to select the camera first from the right side of the screen. If you have added the camera to the default group, select the default group and then select the camera name. After this you have to select the start and end date (also time if you wish to change it) and then click on search. This will show the recorded videos in the timeline. You can simple click on the play button to play the video or click on anywhere on the timeline to go to a particular time.
