PC-NVR not showing any devices

PC-NVR not showing any devices

Amcrest Surveillance Pro program...
I have everything else working: It records when motion is detected; I can view live and recorded video; I can view from my PC and from my smart phone.

When I click the Devices icon, my camera is listed (I added it manually).

But when I click on NC-NVR, nothing shows up. How do I get this to work?

Hello AZL,

1) Please go to Devices and add the PC as a device list. For this, go to the option 'Devices'.
2) Click on the 'Add' button.
The next field will ask for the following info;
a) Device name: This can be anything eg: PC NVR
b) Method to add: select 'ip/Domain'.
c) Ip/Domain name: This should be the ip address of your computer
d) Port: 37777
e) Group name: Default
f) Username: admin
g) Password : admin
h) Click add

After this, the PC NVR option would be highlighted and you can add the camera to PC NVR, allocate space and set the recording schedule.
