is there a way to change our password in the software ipconfg on pc.

I don't think the IP Config software itself has a password. Within IP Config, each camera can be accessed using the individual camera Username and Password. For my cameras, the username is Admin. Performing a hard reset on the camera should allow you to set it up again and change the password for the camera. I have the wifi IP cameras and found that a 6-character password works best. If your initial password was longer than 6 characters, try logging in using Admin as the username and only the first 6 characters of the password.
