Haven't been able to connect remotely to any of my 11 cameras for about a week now. All good via wifi when at home on my network. Has been stable for as a long as I can remember and I haven't changed any settings?
I even bought 2 extra cameras from Amazon just to make sure the fault isnt at my end. Both brand new cameras would not connect using the amcrest proview app when scanning the camera via the p2p method.
I can only assume that this is an issue with p2p?

Was trying to setup P2P yesterday on a new outdoor PTZ Amcrest cam (in Texas) but no luck. I submitted a support request email but no feedback yet.

I too have submitted a ticket and provided all 11 serial numbers of my cams so hopefully they will get this sorted. Not much use to me having no remote connection!!!

I am having the exact same problem!!!
On android seems to work when using wifi when i am using the same wifi internet at that site, but not when using data.
When i try and connect using mobile data when away from the house will not connect.
When try and connect using iphone/ipad - won't connect at all!
When i try and connect to my parents home camera, won't work at all
FIX THIS ASAP AMCREST!!!!!!

Well glad to hear things are working again for people. I am guessing it was a International Server issue seeing all mine but 1 camera has been working on P2P even the last couple of days connecting a few that were setup in IP in ASP I changed over to P2P and they connected without issue..
