Does anyone have the following issue connecting to a NV2108E or similar NVR series? Currently, I'm unable to connect to the NV2108E using Windows 10 Edge or Chrome plugin.
When logging on, a generic message is thrown to download plugin.
Edge: The plugin downloads successfully and installs, but does not install any viewable software
Chrome: Plugin installs successfully with a launch icon; however, the same message appears to "Install Plugin" when authenticating with the NVR after the plugin is already installed and configured.
I have a IP3M-943W, and can access the camera directly using the Chrome Plugin on Windows 10.
**Note: Safari Plugin on MacOS works just fine to connect to NV2108E, but spikes CPU significantly vs connecting to IP3M-943W
