NV2104 new firmware?

Hi,

Just received NV2104. Every time I login using mobile app, I get prompt to upgrade firmware. But when I'm on your website, I cannot find new firmware for the NV2104. Please advise!

Hello sashk,

The firmware has not been uploaded yet. When you login from a monitor directly connected, you can click upgrade when it prompts and it should update.

Your update server (http://dh.amcrestsecurity.com/dh/NV2104 ... 0002_*.bin) listed newer firmware, that's why I was getting prompt to update. After updating, problem was gone. Now if you could simply disable that ugly plugin prompt and allow to login -- it would help.

The plugin currently works with IE and Safari in Mac only.

When will you have something for other browsers? Let's say I use chrome everywhere.Why can't I use? Why cams can have chrome, but nvr can't?
