NPMedia plugin keeps crashing

NPMedia plugin keeps crashing. Is there any reason? What could be the solution?
Every time reload the page, password need to be entered, why?

Do you use a Windows or Mac computer? Please try using a different browser. Alternatively, you can use the Amcrest Surveillance Pro software as well.
