No MAC address on device?

Are you kidding me? Just took 2 hours to set up, including downloading 2 apps, one for desktop another for device to try to get this set up correctly. If MAC addresses were written on the label I would have this set up in 5 minutes.

Somehow it sets up ip using DHCP, but doesn't show up in my routers DHCP list.

Don't understand looks like someone showing image of their camera without wanting to show the Mac address?

Or are you saying that trying to setup a Camera don't provide the Mac Address of the Device? All of my Devices have the mac address not sure how one could have this in working order to make a Connection without a Mac address.. IF you have one without a Mac Address and under warranty you may want to contact Suppot as it sounds like that device has been damaged.. All Devices are setup from Manufactured day at factory with programmed Mac address they are unique and one won't match another on your system..

bpeikes mentions that he does not have access to mac addresses, I show him where we get them (without showing mine) that's all, no one has replied since 2017!

Aww Ok No problem I was not sure if you were just reporting the same issue.. Sadly being that old of a Post and they only have 2 post.. I am going to guess that they have not been back in the Forum since 2017 1 post and day after the first post and there is no record of last active state so I am going to guess they found where it was or have long since passed along the camera...
