No image for timeline view or P2P - plugins bad?

Anyone have the latest info on getting a plugin that works for any browser in Windows? I just installed an interior wifi camera and can't get anything to work remotely. In IE I have a black box in Timeline. Nothing in P2P. Any help appreciated.
