No add button for presets

Post by GQuack »

I have a model IP3M-941B and am trying to figure out how to set presets. I understand I have to use the web UI and I've looked at the youtube video and other postings. For some cameras presets have to be enabled in setup but I do not have that option for my camera. There is no ADD button under the presets, just a box for the preset number and under it, a GO TO button, there is nothing under that, no Add no Delete. Help please?

Hello and welcome to the Forum

So it is that maybe it isn't on the Preset area and Tour is maybe selected? If that is the case make sure you have Preset selected

Also what Web UI are you using?

Just adding to what Revo2Maxx says, on the live view for my camera under "PTZ Settings", I have to click the "Set Preset" button for the "Add" and "Delete" buttons to appear.

The 'drop down' control immediately below "PTZ Settings" gives access to the "Tour" settings.

Clicking the "Set Preset" button again makes the + and - buttons disappear again.

Edit - and welcome to the forum :D

Thank you for the replies.
I am using Chrome and yes, preset is selected in the drop down but no Add or Del button. Screen shot is attached.

Perhaps you can't see all of the WebUI screen. Move the vertical dark gray bar on the right down. Actually, you can see the very top of the next box under the Go To box in your image.

Then I would suspect it's a problem with the latest 2019 firmware that your camera may be using since the last line on your Web UI screen says 2019. That firmware is described in https://amcrest.com/forum/ip-cameras-f1 ... 12744.html
