I have a ProHD camera, and just updated to the latest firmware. I have the camera looking out a front window, so at night, the IR lights would reflect off the window and you couldn't see anything. I go to the camera settting, and switch the IR lights off, then hit save, and there off. I check the video, and there off. later, I'll check the video and the lights are on again. I go to settings and the option is set to auto again.
I found an option to reboot every Tuesday, I turned that off thinking when it rebooted, it turned the ir back on, but this happens nightly, not just on Tuesdays.
How can I make sure the IR lights stay off?
