USED to work (barely, setup is an absolute nightmare) till I had to get a new mifi.... different wifi password of course.
NOW the camera won't show up on IPconfig at all, won't connect thru phone app with dozens of attempts.
turned camera off/on multiple times
factory reset on camera by holding in light button over and over
btw: little light on camera doesn't stay green, but is red and switches back and forth to green
new wifi device (Verizon Mifi) -- now won't connect

Since its a new wifi device the camera needs to set up from scratch. If the phone set up does not work, you can try the set up using desktop set up method. Please contact our technical support team if you are still facing issues.
