Motion Detection Resets

So incredibly frustrated. I have the 722s outdoor WiFi camera. I set the settings for motion detect and about 2 hours later it resets to random places. The region will go to a corner, the sensitivity will set to low and the schedule will disappear. Please someone help me.

Hello FirefighterEMT ,

Have you added the camera to Amcrest cloud? If so it might be causing the issue. Also, turn motion detection on the phone app and only use the web interface of the camera on PC to enable/disable motion detection and see if that helps.
