Motion Detect Menu

I have an NV4108-HS NVR and I cannot set any motion regions, thresholds, or sensitivity. When I click on the set region button the menu appears and then it just magically disappears. Anyone else have this issue. I spoke with support and they told me I'm the only user with this problem and they have not been able to duplicate the problem via testing. I have a hard time believing that I'm the only person with this issue. Thanks.
