I have an existing user and somehow its whacked out and my user is disabled. Every link that I see for ADMIN says the ADMIN link is disabled.

Is this an IP camera or perhaps an NVR. Giving the model number would help.
The only thing that occurs to me is, if you have multiple users then you might be hitting a limit or perhaps someone else is already logged in as admin.
Where exactly are the links for ADMIN that you mention, in the web user interface or in an app?
