Has anyone had problems getting the MicroSD card to sit properly in the card slot? I cannot get it to "snap in" and therefore the unit won't recognize it and I can't record on to it. Amcrest sent me second unit and I still have the same exact problem. I am using a SanDisk Ultra 32GB microSDHC which I ordered from Amazon. I have tested the MicroSD card in my own card reader and with that it sits in there normally and I can read/write no problem. When I put the card into that card reader, it has more of a sure feeling a being locked in once I push it in far enough.
I'm totally stumped by this. A quick look through these forums and the Amazon reviews doesn't reveal anyone else with this issue. One of the whole points to getting this unit is to record to something without needing a subscription ala Nest Dropcam.
Anyone have this issue or any idea what I can try?

sometime i use a knife to push further the card in the slot.

What model is your camera? I have the IP2M-841 IP camera and I use a SanDisk microSD card. I had trouble inserting the card until I figured out that the label faces down (to the floor). I also have to push it in with my fingernail.
