max height installation of IP4M-1028EW

i've bought IP4M-1028EW and i want to install it on my front elevation of my house. i've attached a pic of my house and mark with red circle where i want to install the camera.
i'm afraid that the location is too high so i want to ask what is the max height installation of this camera to be able to see the entrance path

It depends on what you want to be able to see. The further the camera is from the subject, the less detail you will see. But, it has a wide angle lens, so it will cover a broad area. If you want to see faces, lower is better. High up will show more tops of heads. But it really depends on what you want to see.

My suggestion would be to connect the camera temporarily and set it in the window box above your red dot and see what the coverage looks like.
