MAC address does not match

MAC address does not match

I have been trying to add my Amcrest camera to your Amcrest View and Cloud services, however when I add the camera and it is added to the camera list (in View) the MAC address shown does not match the MAC address that my router is reporting and shows the camera off line. When I add it to Cloud the response is that the camera is not connected , even though the camera is connected to the internet. Can you help :?:

Hello peapikr,

Please login to the cameras' web interface from your computer and then go to Setup > Network > TCP IP > P2P and ensure that the P2P is enabled and shows online. As for not being able to add to the cloud, just unplug the camera from power and plug it back in, wait for 2 minutes and try again in the cloud and it should work.
