Hello and Welcome to the Forum
I would make sure that you don't have a Data block turned on your wifes phone... I know that in my S9 there is an area if it is enabled it will not access over Mobile Data. I wonder if your XR has same option enabled... It would be under the settings, network and connection. Could be called "Data Saver"
If you have something like that enabled then Disable it and try to connect over the mobile data again

Re: Login Time Out Problem on Iphone.
Looking at my iOS phone while it is an older one I do have in my list of phones a XR but is away form the house at this time... Looking at my older one under Mobile data is all the apps it might be that under that area it is not Checked to work while in Mobile data is being used...
Another thing to try. Try and see if you can log in using the Extra Stream rather then the Main it might be that there is a cap on your Data and not able to access the main stream while being capped... Ideas as I am not there so only guesses...

in the App go to the Device settings, click on the Pen icon for editing. Then click steams and change and try to have them set on extra if set to extra for kicks try them on Main then click the LiveView button below.

Re: Login Time Out Problem on Iphone.
Well in my images one thing that is wrong to work with an outside view is I have mine set to Ip/Domain and while it works in the Network once you leave the network then you get them messages...
In that case you would want to delete that camera out of the App and set it back up. This time when the Page comes up Click on the top right where it says Camera already connected device, then next page will come up with P2P or IP click on the P2P, Then next page will ask you for the SN of your camera, You can scan the QR code off the camera or click below to input manually. Next, Put in name, username, password, and now click on View livefeed... Once you can do that.. Then turn off the App. Turn off the Wifi on your phone. On Cell phone data load the app. it should play the last camera you had listed... Now should be running on your phone over the Cell network...
