login failed

i recently purchased dvr 8 channel, 720p 2tb
i'm able to login and view remotely via iphone app and browser
however, when i try to login and view via browser on my PC on the same network as dvr, i get login failed.
can you help me resolve this issue?

I was having that problem after updating the firmware. I had to uninstall and re-install the plugin for firefox. That worked. See Melvin's suggestion in the thread below.
