I had to reset our camera which finally worked after numerous attempts. Now we are all locked out of the camera on 4 devices, all our cell phones. I don't understand what the issue is.
I am able to view the camera on our ipad but not on any of our phones. I keep getting a message saying the device exists already and then we get locked out.
any ideas on what the issue is?

By "locked out" do you mean that you can't log in or you can't find them?
- Can't find them? Use the IP Config tool to verify the IP address. By default it's set for DHCP - so it may have changed. TIP: I set mine to static and configured my router not to assign IP addresses in that range.
- Can't log in using your password? Remember that when you reset the cameras the password was reset to admin.
How did you initially pair them to your phones, using P2P? Try uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. Use P2P to add your cameras again.
