Latest app update causing slow live streaming connections

last couple days i noticed logging in remotely was slow but this morning i am unable to connect (android) i don't want to change any settings on my router...anyone else having issues today? should i wait "a couple days" for the magic "fit it all" to hopefully happen to me as well?

Add me to the list. 3 cameras (‎IPM-721), all with lag when off home network. Image slow to load, jumpy/choppy video and audio

One camera won't load on app off home wifi, still under warranty but WTF $15 shipping charge to exchange under a RMA? Dang.
