Is there a firmware update for Eco-Series 1080p (HDCVI)?

I bought this DVR off of amazon --https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01BO2KPHU -- When I view the system info page on the Web UI, it says the device type is AMDV10818.

When I go to the Amcrest Firmware page (https://amcrest.com/firmware), the closest option I see is Model AMDV10818-S3, but the page specifically says "S3 model only", which mine is not. Additionally, the picture does not look like my DVR. I tried updating to that firmware anyway but it failed.

Does anyone know if there's a Firmware update for Model AMDV10818 (not S3)? The existence of this support page -- https://support.amcrest.com/hc/en-us/ar ... 0P-HD-CVI- -- Implies there is one, but I can't find it.

I'm bumping an old thread of mine with a question. When I log into my DVR, it now says "There is a new firmware available for your device" but I'm unable to find anything on the firmware page for the AMDV10818.

Is the upgrade message in error, or is the firmware just not published yet?

The update will be made available on our website soon. Are you not able to download and update from the DVR directly?

The DVR does not provide a link to download the firmware, it simply says "Go to http://amcrest.com/firmware to download the new version".

However, the version of the firmware posted is over a year old - and indeed, the same version my DVR already has installed.
(V3.200.AC04.5 1/4/16) - Is a newer version going to be posted as well?

Newer version would be posted as soon they are launched. It has not had an update since this one.
