IPM-HX1W keeps logging out after firmware update

I recently updated my IPM-HX1W camera as suggested by Amcrest to firmaware V2.420.AC00.18.R

Since this update, I can setup and watch my camera from Chrome but I noticed that it keeps logging me off after a while... Am I the only one experiencing this issue?

Also, I lost the zoom feature from the previous Amcrest Chrome App

It seems a bunch of their new firmware has this problem. I just updated to the latest firmware for the IP2M-841b and it has the exact same problem of constantly logging out. Also a bunch of features are now missing in this new firmware. I've been trying to see how to downgrade the firmware and have mail into Amcrest support about this.

Same here. I JUST BOUGHT the camera and installed it. Now the app constantly logs me out. Very frustrating.
