Hello,

Yes new firmware has been developed, will be made available in the website shortly. But if you login to the camera web interface and click on set up, it should prompt for the automatic update and then you can do the update.

I have two IPM-722S cameras connected to a NVR-4108.
I have been waiting for a fix to the "flashing in bright conditions" issue
since I got the cameras in March. I updated the firmware to the latest version
back in March and it does not fix the issue.

The flashing makes motion detection worthless because the camera continually
detects motion while this occurs - meaning for hours at a time, as long as the
bright conditions continue.

I would recommend against using these cameras for anyone who cares
about motion detection until this problem is fixed.

Hi there,

Please try the below settings and see if that helps.

Go to the Setup > Camera > Configuration

1. Make sure the Anti-Flicker is on Outdoor.
2. BLC Mode - HLC (High Light Compensation)

Thank you

Just picked up this 722S the other day and I have the same issue! Adjusted anti flicker is set to outdoor and and set to HLC IS SET TO ON ! all was good till just now and started again!! Received and email from support and he told me that he has the same camera and the new firmware will correct it. You guys say it won't .. I'll try the firmware update later this week but I'm pretty sure it won't work .. Too bad I'll have to return this unit .. Flickering sucks! Anyone else correct this ? Please report back here .. Thanks in advance
