Trying to download video from a IPM-721S but file that gets downloaded does not match the size it is supposed to be.
Have tried downloading all the formats AVI, MP4,... and same thing.
The file downloaded is 1K which is way too small
Download does not work at all.
Does anyone have a fix?

How are you connecting to the camera? I've found the most reliable way is by way of the Webgui.
I take it that it's a fairly old camera. Has it been OK up to now?
